Who we are?
Fontanals Solicitors, S.L. is a Law Firm, specialized in providing legal and fiscal advice to private clients. The Firm is composed by a team of experienced professionals including solicitors, administrators and translators and the managing director of the Company is Mr Alvaro Fontanals Pérez de Villaamil.
Our head office for English Speaking clients is located at Centro Comercial Torregrosa, Avenida Jorge Martinez “Aspar”, number 73, Lo Marabú, Rojales.
We provide assessment and advice to both residents and non residents in Spain, basically on the legal and fiscal fields, having currently over 5.000 clients in Alicante and Murcia areas, to whom our team offers a smooth and efficient service when buying or selling a property, tax settlements, fiscal representations and assessment on any business or activity clients may wish to start in Spain, together with the procedures and paperwork required to establish temporary or definite residence in Spain and, in general terms, the judicial assistance to defend our clients´ interests before the Spanish Courts of Justice.
